Caf?? Manager required by Business Facility based in Cobham, Surrey. Salary GBP20K - GBP21K. Pleasant and friendly environment in a converted barn setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Caf?? Manager with a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to deliver high class service. We require somebody who can bring enthusiasm and charisma to the role serving both our clients on a daily basis and guests during ad hoc events.
You will be professional and attentive with impeccable customer-service experience, as well as being passionate about creating outstanding coffee and serving food.
Responsibilities:
-Manage overall operations in cafe.
-Engage clients and exceed their needs.
-Maintain F & B operational stock levels and order as required.
-Communicate correctly and professionally with all colleagues.
-Be precise with taking and executing orders from customers.
-Accountable for all financial payments while on shift.
-Familiar with all menus, events.
-Train and manage their team.
-Daily production of sandwiches, salads and other food products.
-Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met.
-Drive continuous improvement in caf?? performance.
-Achieve goals and targets set by the Top Management.
-Sales and financial reporting.
You:
-Previous management and barista experience (3 years minimum).
-Able to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
-A great team leader, manager and motivator.
-An excellent communicator.
-Able to control costs and manage purchases.
-Organised and attention to detail.
-Familiar with best practices of H&S and food hygiene (HACCP).
-A team player with a positive attitude.
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
