Account Manager, Newcastle upon Tyne
GBP17kpa + commission
My client are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies, working with close to 20% of UK financial advisers and their clients. By combining our Investment Management expertise with advanced wealth platform technology, we offer financial solutions built for the future and that of our clients.
We are looking for an Account Manager to maintain and build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. As an account manager you will be overseeing a portfolio of clients and helping with any queries and support they may have, this can vary between technical help or training clients and their team on our software/ product. You will also actively be encouraging clients to use our other products that are available to them and their clients, this will include carrying out face to face meetings and client entertainment.
Responsibilities
• Managing client accounts, providing support where needed
• Working towards targets
• Informing clients of updates
• Booking in Head office meetings
• Client entertainment
The ideal candidate will have had sales experience but not this is not essential, highly motivated with a drive to excel at what they do. Excellent communication skills are a must and also the ability to confidently present to clients.
Salary
GBP17'000 basic + Commission - OTE around GBP25'000 per annum
