Mechanical Design Engineer

The East Midlands of the United kingdom has a strong heritage in innovation, manufacture & engineering. This company has been established for over 30 Years supplying printing & converting equipment across the world, working closely with customers from design conception, manufacture & installation. They are constantly looking for highly motivated people to join the team of engineers & technicians to bring new skills & experience to the company.

They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who will be working in a similar role designing special purpose machinery.

Candidates will come from a manufacturing background and understand the processes involved in an evolving project & producing parts from start to finish. They will be required to demonstrate a good level of ability using the latest Solidworks 3D design software & Autocad based systems.

To be considered for this role you will need.

- Full Experienced with 3D SolidWorks design package(this will be tested)
- Mechanical engineer background
- Familiar with Mechanics, Pneumatics, PLC & Servo systems

The successful person will be working in a small team producing drawings & 3D designs suitable for production purposes. Pay & benefits according to experience.

PAY: from £25-£30K + O/T, according to experience
OTHER: Company Contributed Pension Scheme.
