We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our Coventry based client.
We are looking for someone with payroll experience within a HR role and for an individual who is looking for career development. After 12 months of service my client will also look to put you through your CIPD qualification
You will act as the first point of contact within the HR function and be a point of contact for managers and employees guiding through HR issues.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, your communication skills will be second to none, with Microsoft computer knowledge. You will also be a confident and friendly individual who will be a bubbly attitude to the team
Please note previous Payroll and /or HR experience is essential
£18,000 - £20,000
