Our client are a market leader in the supply of security solutions into the hospitality and allied sectors supplying to both new build and replacement/refurbishment market in such as 5* hotels, hostels, student accommodation, military accommodation and serviced apartments.

Overview

The E-Business Administrator will play a key role in driving the e-commerce improvement and growth strategy and gives you an opportunity to manage day-to-day content related activities in our digital channels.

You will have the opportunity to work within a friendly environment where you are part of the Marketing and After Market Sales (AMS) Team within the UK Business Unit but also work in an international cohesive team. In this role you will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining product information on our e-commerce platform and will also be involved in campaign management and analytics.

The Role

* Update and maintain the online product catalogues including setup of new products and visuals

* Oversee day to day operations of the E-store

* Manage e-commerce marketing campaigns in close co-operation with local and international colleagues.
* Focus on E-Store adoption by engaging customers
* Test new features and campaigns before they go live
* Oversee day to day operations of the E-Store
* Manage work flow and set priorities for the E-Store
* Co-ordinate customer, product & price data in the ERP according to the E-Store guidelines
* Work collaboratively with Management & IT Team regarding E-Store improvements and functionality

About You

* You will have a degree, or equivalent, within the fields of marketing, digital management or economics
* You will have documented and demonstrable experience of working online, for example with E-Commerce, Merchandising, Customer Journey Optimization or Content Management
* You need a Customer Service orientation
* You will be fluent in English, both oral and written

It will be desirable if you have been working in a similar position before and have experience or knowledge of HTML/SQL, Google Analytics, SEO optimization or IBM Websphere.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they have the willingness, eagerness and determination to learn and develop within e-commerce. You will join an international company with lots of opportunities to grow both nationally and internationally.

**This role is best suited to someone who might be newly graduated with some experience so perhaps 6 months e-commerce experience up to around 3 years of experience. It is not a role for anyone with more experience than three years**
