I have an exciting opportunity available for a competent area support manager to join a leading assisted living provider, overseeing their Midlands services.

You will become a pivotal part of the senior management team of a provider who is committed to offering luxury retirement living options and has national recognition.

Reporting to the Business support manager, you will oversee, provide support and cover for the assisted living managers and take responsibility for the operational day to day running of a variety of settings.

You will also be responsible for the delivery of inductions and development plans for new starters and new developments.

To be considered for this exciting job role, you will be able to demonstrate a varied skill set including estate management, customer service, people management and team development.


You will be able to work within a fast paced environment and be dedicated to offering geographical support within the Midlands.

To be considered for this exciting job role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:
* Be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent (or be willing to work towards this)
* Have competent IT skills with MS Office packages
* Hold a full UK driving licence and be committed to covering various locations across the Midlands region.
