We have an excellent new opportunity for a contract Revit MEP Coordinator to join our client in Leeds. Our client is involved across multiple sectors including commercial, residential and education projects and have a prestigious reputation nationally. This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading MEP contractor on a contract basis.
As the selected Revit MEP Coordinator, you will join an established team based in Leeds on a 3 months+ contract. You will be working with the latest CAD & Revit MEP packages on a range of projects, liaising with design teams and technicians to deliver accurate drawings under time constraints.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong building services background
* Proven Revit MEP experience
* Experience of working and liaising with associated engineering disciplines to deliver projects
* Proven experience within BIM/3D M&E/Revit MEP services
* Ability to produce tailored building services designs and co-ordinated drawings to current UK standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive Revit MEP knowledge with other M&E contractors and also have the ability to identify, interpret and apply Revit MEP/BIM standards. The ideal candidate would also be in a position to start a new role at short notice.
