My client, an industry leading aerospace outfit are currently searching for a Quality Engineer to join their team in Hemel Hempstead on a 12 month contract basis
Role: Quality Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities
•Lead the quality process within the NPI, Production and aftermarket areas ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
•Manage internal audits schedule - AS9100 and EASA part 145
•Lead flight safety spot checks on compliance in MRO & Production
•Lead the training of BMS users in navigation ready for AS9100 re-certification
•Conduct test equipment verification witnessing
•Drive compliance to the quality management system
•Lead the drive for quality improvement and business excellence in all areas
•Identify issues, contribute to investigations and audits, identifying root cause and applying and following up corrective actions
