The Demi Chef that takes on this role will want to progress their career in an AA Rosette award winning establishment.
The successful Demi Chef de Partie will be passionate about seasonal produce, ambitious, dynamic and a real foodie.
Looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who:
•Has Passion and creative flair, with a love for food
•Is a positive and embodies the values of mutual respect and professionalism within the kitchen
•Works well when the pressure rises
•As Demi Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and his team in the day to day running of the kitchen which will include stock control, support in menu planning, health and safety, a great opportunity to progress within this team.
The Chef that takes on this role will receive an annual salary in the region of GBP19,000 + Tips
