Corr Recruitment is looking for the Regional Manager to cover Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, and West London area where you will be responsible for driving operational and business development excellence across company branches and onsite operations. The role will require frequent travel within the above areas.
The role involves:
Managing 5 teams of recruitment service professionals to ensure 100% service delivery
Playing a vital role in the client relationships of existing clients accounts
Ensuring that all operational processes are completed to the highest standards
Effective performance management delivery
Delivering professional and pro-active staff leadership
Managing effective staff development
Strategically managing the financials
Contributing to the company strategy and its implementation
Assessing local markets conditions and identify business development opportunities
Tender preparation & delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be from within the recruitment industry
Currently holds a management role
Possess a track record of achievement in the business to business arena & in the management and development of staff
Must be an excellent communicator & motivator
Has strong negotiation skills
Is commercially astute
Can write and deliver a budget
Is process & result oriented
Has a good attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Is professional in all aspects
Inspires people with his enthusiasm and optimistic nature
Enjoys a fast-moving environment.
Is flexible and quick-paced.
Is competitive
Possess high levels of energy and drive
The Package:
