Pro-Force are a leading supplier of staff to the food processing, industrial, agricultural and horticultural sectors. Having undergone rapid growth we are now looking for a Business Development Executive to work and further develop business in the Lincolnshire Region.

Business Development

• Through the delivery of a programmed sales strategy, including identification of markets, generating new leads and prospects, maximise business growth by generating sales from prospective and existing clients to develop and maintain a profitable client base
• Utilise a range of sources to generate and convert leads and prospects, including telesales, cold calling, online resources, job boards, social media, carrying out face to face sales meetings, building rapport with potential clients and developing profitable business relationships.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Pro-Force's own and competitor services in order to promote Pro-Force's services and USP's.
• Acquire and develop comprehensive knowledge of the area and market required to generate new business leads using own initiative and methods.
• Record all sales and promotional activity on Pro-force's CRM system (VDQ), producing regular and ad hoc sales reports for the Senior Management team.
• Negotiate terms and rates to maximise revenue, achieving set targets for new business.
• Participate in specific campaigns and projects designed to target specific market sectors and promote and sell managed service agreements at every opportunity.
• Carry out schedule service visits to clients in order to ensure maintenance of robust relationships and an understanding of client's specific requirements.
• Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI's in line with agreed schedules as set by Senior Management.

Service Delivery

• Work closely with Operations Manager and recruitment / service team in order to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
• Plan, allocate and manage resources in relation to projects, programs and targets under the direction of the Regional Manager.
• Contribute, and take the lead in, as appropriate, adhoc projects
