Marketing Administrator (Sales and Marketing) for a University

Generic Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Postgraduate Marketing Co-ordinator to deliver integrated events.
• Support in the development of high quality and effective events including monitoring, evaluating and feeding back for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of statistical and other data.
• Establish and maintain appropriate files and records, both manual and computerised, relating to the activities undertaken.
• Provide general administrative duties, responding to general enquiries and control of stationery supplies
• Co-ordinate student rep programme, including recruitment, training, pay and organising appropriate representation at events
• Provide administrative support for all activities which fall under the team's remit, and assist in co-ordination of workload within the team
