Redwood Search are delighted to be representing our Worcester based clients, who operate on a national level, and are looking for an experienced account manager to join their dynamic team.

This vacancy will be based in Worcester, however frequent visits to London will be required due to customer locations.

Our clients are looking to recruit an experienced sales account manager who will be given the opportunity to work with existing accounts as well as have the ability to open new accounts.

You will be a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual who is looking to grow their already established career within the fashion industry.

For this position it is essential that you have a great amount of experience within the fashion industry, specifically clothing.

You will have experience working with large blue-chip accounts, be a confident and competent speaker, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues alike, for a mutually appealing goal and target.

Role responsibilities

This role will entail supporting and growing existing established accounts.

You will also be responsible for pursuing targeted

Maximize the sales for our client, throughout the year at agreed margin levels, whilst striving to beat budget sales levels.

Aware of fabric and style trends and be able to source and negotiate fabric prices and delivery requirements accordingly.

Prepare garment ranges for designated customers in conjunction with the Company design team.

Develop and maintain satisfactory communications and relationships with designated customers.

Prepare costings in line with the cost base given and margin aspirations of the company.

Costings to be prepared in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure in conjunction with the sales co-ordinators that all customer related documentation is communicated effectively to the production team.

Work closely in conjunction with the merchandiser that the customer critical path is completed and maintained correctly in line with the customer's requirements.

To manage commercial problems with your designated customers as and when they occur through the course of a production season to the benefit of the company.

To travel to other office locations in the UK and factory locations worldwide.

To attend trade shows where necessary, pre-production and fit sessions as required

To motivate your team and create a team spirit though out the company which will in turn help us to deliver a quality and valued service to our customers.
