A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join our clients' Independent Estate Agents in Harborne.
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager who has over 2 years' experience working as a Property Manager for a well-known reputable Estate Agents.
Key duties will include:
• Managing the Property Portfolio alongside other Property Managers
• Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs
• Manage contractors' diaries
• Book in appointments
• Set up new tenancy agreements
• Take deposits
• Organise referencing
• Renew contracts
• Negotiate on rental increases
• Rental arrears
Further duties may be required.
Our client is seeking a confident Property Manager who has experience managing a large portfolio of properties and can manage multiple workloads.
This position will suit someone who is outgoing, builds rapport naturally, is organised, professional and can work as part of a team but equally well on own initiative.
The working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of GBP16,000 - GBP19,000 dependent on experience
