The job role includes:
* In charge of new Development team.
* Working close with Designers on new development projects.
* Working with Sample room along the grading process.
* Problem solving.
* To implement a risk assessment process to guarantee quality of products to prevent any customer complaints.
* Looking at alternatives to ensure quality and look of products.
* Liaise with Design for improvement.
* Doing garment sewing breakdown to calculate garment cost.
* To follow grading process to maintain garment cost agreed.
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
* An excellent communicator.
* Good analytical mind.
* Organisational skills.
* Manufacturing experience.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to travel abroad for short and long period.
* Team management experience.
* Good understanding on lingerie and swimwear product.
* Sewing skills.
