Job Title: Letting Negotiator
Salary: GBP17,000-GBP21,000 basic + Commission.
Location: Leicester
Sector: Lettings
This excellent opportunity is based within an Estate Agents who offer services in both sales and lettings. The role is only based within the lettings department and you must have previous experience as a lettings negotiator to be successful in your application. The Role
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:
" Undertake lettings viewings
" Undertaking lettings appraisal
" Providing customer service excellence
" Providing feedback to landlords
" Liaising with tenants and landlords
The person
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will:
" A proven track record in a similar position
" A target driven individual
" Have excellent rapport building skills.
" Be a customer focused individual
In return you will receive a quarterly bonus, career progression and the opportunity to work for a reputable organisation
