Platinum Recruitment's Pub Division is currently representing a pub in Milton Keynes and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Client
Our client is situated on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. They offer a great dining experience serving fresh British food. The site is part of a family of classic British pubs each with their own identity and relaxed environment. The pub serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as running a separate vegan menu.
Role
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team. We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef with a fresh food background in a busy restaurant or pub environment. You will need a great attitude and a passion for the industry, and be confident to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
