Our client, an established environmental and sustainability consultancy has an urgent requirement for a BREEAM Assessor to join their Swindon based team on a contract basis. The successful BREEAM Consultant will receive expert support and guidance from senior staff to progress their career and become an up and running Sustainability Consultant.
Qualifications: For this role applications are sought from candidates with a BEng / BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant building services / environmental discipline. Candidates who have membership to an appropriate professional body, such as CIBSE, IEMA or the Energy Institute, will be at an advantage.
Experience: Suitable applicants will have a minimum of one years' experience of working with BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
* Assisting with BREEAM Assessments
* Keeping an up to date knowledge of all relevant UK & International legislation
* Liaising with clients, architects and senior staff
* Attending design team meetings on site
As this is a contract position there is a chance for 3, 6, and 9 to 12 month contracts available. In return you will be offered a competitive rate along with an excellent benefits package. You will also be joining a rapidly growing environmental and engineering consultancy.
