THE COMPANY:
Brewster Pratap are working closely with a well known Health care group. They are national, with offices in Leeds and Rotherham.
THE JOB:
Required ASAP for 3 months only.
Reporting into the HR team leader, the role will require a large proportion of ER related projects. 90% of the role will require liasing with line managers, supporting with grievances and disciplinary procedures.
This will be a generalist role and will require someone who is flexible as there will be travel included between Rotherham, Leeds, Birmingham and Stoke.
All expenses are covered.
The HR team is rapidly growing and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running supporting the team with these ER projects.
CIPD is not required though preffered.
THE PERSON:
A candidate with a background in Employee Relations would be ideal, though a generalist role.
