Weddings/Venue Manager
Potters Bar
Up to GBP35k
Unico Recruitment are working with a prestigious venue in Hertfordshire with a breath-taking historic setting who are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to support with the management and coordination of Weddings and large events.
You will be required to lead and inspire a dedicated team of multiple casual/ agency staff to deliver the very best in service standards
The Candidate:
• Educated in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Catering or related subject
• Have worked within an Event Managerial role for a minimum of 3 years, with extensive operational experience
• Have worked within a 5* or similar high profile venue
• Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
• Great imagination and flair to create events that set you apart from everyone else
• Confident sales-driven person with good attention to detail and strong financial acumen
• High standards, great attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude
• Proven sales, negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets
