We are currently working, exclusively, with a digital start up based near The City who are seeking a People/HR Executive to join their growing business.
This is brand new opportunity for a HR professional to be heavily involved in the growth and development of the team and promote their hard working, fun and sociable culture.
The People/HR Executive will ensure that the grand hiring plan runs smoothly, from the first stages of the hiring process through to compliance and legislation's.
You'll need to be confident, personable and well organised with great communication skills.
The duties of the role will include:
- Recruitment
- On-boarding and off-boarding
- Assisting with new and existing processes
- H&S
- Pensions and benefits
- Compliance
- Actively promoting the company social community
- Inductions
- General ad-hoc administration
The duties of this role are likely to change with the needs of the business.
Experience in a start-up/creative environment would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (dependent on experience).
