Fresh Sauce are working with a prestigious event agency who have an opportunity for a Project Assistant to join them and work on an exciting account, with a client that has a global presence. You must enjoy:

* Working closely with your clients
* Working on multiple projects at any one time - you will be spinning a lot of plates!
* Being highly organised and a meticulous planner!
* Being customer facing - you will be the face of this account.

Overview of the client and Project Assistant role:

Our client is very well established and have been around for nearly 25 years! Working predominantly in the automotive industry, they run events for global brands. They are not your ordinary, vanilla events, they are knickerbocker glory events, with cherries on top.

The role will be an extremely involved and busy one, with multiple complex projects running simultaneously. As the main conduit between the client and the agency, it is imperative that you can manage expectations, time and projects successfully. You will work closely with the project managers with the planning of projects from conception to completion. This will involve on site work, so you will get to frequently see the fruition of your hard work off site.

About you:

* Experience working in an event agency
* Experience working on multiple events/projects at any one time
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills
* Creative flair and understanding/appreciation for design

Package:

* Basic salary - GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
* Full Time working hours Monday - Friday (given the nature of the job some evening and weekend work will be required)
* A modern open plan office, in the countryside. This office is awesome - we have been there. (it is in the 'sticks' a little bit, so you will need to drive and have your own vehicle).
* The exposure to an experienced senior team who will invest their time in developing your skills
* Work in an environment where everyone gets stuck in and everyone has a voice.
* An opportunity to travel frequently (potentially once a week) to the events.

To discuss the role further, please apply for this role and we will call you back at our earliest convenience. We are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics. Every application is valued and we will let you know the outcome of your application (positive or negative) via phone or e-mail. If you would like clarity on any decisions, we are more than happy to provide feedback on your application
