The Role
As a Broker Support Specialist you will provide excellent customer service that supports the activities of the Broker Service team, ensuring that all aspects of policy administration are completed within agreed timescales and meet quality standards. You will log existing and new business quotes, as well as monitoring quotes for over 300 lives. This will involve, proactively managing quote target dates with the customer and internally, ensuring completed quotes meet broker requirements. You will also perform regular data and premium chasers for renewal. You will actively manage the needs of the customer relationship and help retain and encourage growth.
You will be expected to follow agreed procedures to ensure quality service levels and compliance targets are met consistently and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
