Role
As Front Office Supervisor you will be looking after a busy reception desk, motivating the team and handling guest feedback. You will assist with the training of staff and monitoring progression.
The Front Office Supervisor will be helping the Front Office Manager with rotas, VIP guests and guest requests. You must have experience working on a busy hotel reception desk and a knowledge of OPERA would be an advantage.
