2 Stage Tender Process
Project sizes GBP 500K to GBP 10M
Contract Types: JCT, NEC including Design & Build options
Landlocked Inner City Refurbishments with difficult access and egress
Structural Alterations, as part of a whole scheme
Various Sectors: including Health; Education; Industrial; Retail; Commercial; Fit Out; Student Accommodation; Care Home; Residential

The successful Candidate will have proven track record in the following:-

1. Administration of the full tender process from inception to settlement with Directors
2. Capability of producing accurate Cost Plans; knowledge of building costs/m2; ft2
3. Understanding of various forms of Procurement Process; including 2 stage tenders
4. Ability to provide own BQ for specification and drawing projects
5. Knowledge of system estimating software
6. Highlighting Tender Risk & Opportunities; Practical, Commercial and Contractual
7. Preparation of Notes and Clarifications for Tender Submissions
8. Demonstrate ability in the pricing of tender Preliminaries
9. Ability to resource the tender through in depth experience of Supply Chain capacity
10. Understanding Design and Build tenders including co-ordinating Design Consultants
11. Formulating Contractors Proposals
12. Outlining the relevance of CDPs within a given scheme
13. Competency of M & E Services installation and Green Building techniques
14. Ability to partake in meaningful value engineering exercises
15. Attendance and presentation at Mid Bid and Post Tender Interviews
16. Investigation various forms of construction, and liaising with Specialist Sub-Contractors
17. Modular, Pre-Fabricated Systems
18. Basic understanding of NRM and BIM
