Platinum Recruitment's Pub Division is currently representing a fresh food pub in Fleet and have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to head up their team.
Client
Our client is situated in the heat of Fleet. They offer a relaxed dining experience, reflecting the best of British Design. The site is part of a family of classic British pubs each with their own identity. They offer fresh seasonal menus which are handcrafted by their skilled chefs. The pub has a lovely outside space and is also home to a cosy coffee shop.
Role
Our client is seeking a committed and passionate individual with a strong background in food and beverage management. As General Manager, you will look after the team and ensure the highest standard of food is offered. A good understanding of budgets, payroll and staffing rotas is essential. Health, hygiene and safety knowledge is vital.
