What will be keeping you busy?
You will be an important member of the HR and L&D team. This team supports the HR Strategy in terms of developing talent and enabling great performance and making sure everyone has the right tools and knowledge to undertake their roles effectively and to a high standard. You will support the team with the coordination of bother learning and HR initiatives.
You will organise and schedule learning events and ensure that follow ups on training and analysis is carried out to measure feedback. You will document this on the learning management system. You will also make sure that all employees are kept up to speed on training event that are upcoming.
As well as L&D you will support on recruitment and engagement activities. You will support with onboarding and helping the business to make sure that new starters are inducted properly and that all necessary checks are carried out prior to their start dates. You will coordinate the annual employee engagement survey and provide basic analysis to the HR team to help inform future development activities.
Who are we looking for?
Undoubtedly you will be interested in furthering a career in Human Resources or Learning and Development. It is likely you will have had some exposure to the work a great L&D or HR team undertakes. We would like to see people that have at least two years experience of working in either of these fields and ideally you will hold a relevant qualification.
You will possess great interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders. It is crucial that you are accustomed to working to time critical deadlines, so to that end, your organisational and planning skills will be second to none.
Most importantly you will have an enthusiastic style, commitment to excellence and will enjoy supporting others. We are looking for someone that has a strong work ethic who is keen to push on in their career.
