Have you got experience of managing a payments team, accounts assistants or a purchase ledger team? Want a new challenge?
Our client is looking for a hands-on team leader to work with and oversee its busy payments team based in Doncaster.
The Role:
* Hands on position overseeing a team of accounts administrators processing purchase ledger and claims payments, and recording receipts and payments across a number of businesses in the group
* Manage day-to day work-flow of the team, managing resources to ensure that the workload is kept up to date, whilst adhering to any SPIs & deadlines required
* Ensuring that staff are cross-trained to cover for holidays and manage varying workloads
* Maintain records and report on efficiency and quality of output of the team
The Person:
* Previous experience of purchase ledger and banking processes
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
* Supervisory experience
Desirable:
* Insurance/Financial Services experience an advantage
* Excel skills an advantage
