What can we tell you about this tasty business?

This business has a truly compelling story to tell and we are failing to find reasons why people would not want to work for them. We don't want to tell you who they are just yet as that will ruin the surprise. They are a food business with some fantastic products.

And what can they offer you in return?

They might not have a certificate for it (yet???), but we think they are one of the most exciting and dynamic businesses about! You'll be part of a highly-motivated L&D and HR team that is devoted to providing the best possible service, as well as having a good laugh in the process!

Couple that with an unfaltering supply of food samples circulating the offices and you've got a winning combo.

What will be keeping you busy?

This is an opportunity to work in a professional and business focused learning & development function that services this fantastic business. Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will identify learning and development needs, design, create and deliver learning interventions and solutions across the organisation at every level that fulfil the organisation and individual functions objectives and delivers high performing teams.

You will create, design and deliver in-house statutory, mandatory and developmental bitesize training modules for existing and new managers/colleagues at all levels across the organisation (both blue collar and white collar). Alongside this you will proactively conduct needs analysis and research across business functions and propose, design and facilitate appropriate innovative L&D solutions.

It will be your responsibility to coordinate, facilitate and lead various existing L&D initiatives, activities and interventions and engage with key stakeholders across the business and provide coaching on the range of L&D interventions to support departmental objectives and individual personal development objectives.

You will be comfortable handling admin and chasing down delegates to attend learning events. We want someone with great L&D experience that is also happy rolling their sleeves up.

Who are we looking for?

We really want someone that is passionate about what they do. You will be engaging, credible, professional and importantly good-humoured. If you can tick most of these boxes then we would love to hear from you.

You will be educated up to degree level or equivalent with HR/L&D or professional certification or qualifications. It is essential that you possess experience in facilitating group L&D interventions with well-established and proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating innovative learning, development and training interventions. If you have worked in an FMCG environment, that might be useful but this is not essential. We just want someone that understands the type of environment that you will be working. You can come from other industries but need to adapt.

We are after someone that is great at building relationships at all levels in a business (as well as externally).
