Vacancy: Site Manager

Location: Reading

Salary: GBP45-55k + Package and Benefits.

3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Reading to join one of the UK's Leading House Builders.

Summary Of Your New Role

To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.

Youur New Project Summary

You will be responsible for managing a large residential development consisting 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses

Qualifications Required we require from you

  • CITB 5 Day Course
  • Knowledge and appreciation of high standards of Health & Safety
  • At least 5 years experience in brownfield development or construction related industries
  • Good communication and Supervisory skills
  • High self motivation and a hands on approach
  • Good computer skills
