Contract: Permanent
Location: CAMBRIDGE, CB2 8EA
Salary: Up to GBP43,300 (Depending on experience)

At Cambridge Assessment English we are expanding our Business Process function. We are looking for creative Business Analysts to solicit, document and evaluate business requirements on a wide range of projects to deliver business process and system change initiatives, introducing improvements on a global scale.
Working within a large team, including Project Managers and other Business Analysts, whose focus is on mapping your solutions into our operations, your focus will include IT and Business change projects.
This is a great chance to showcase your existing process modelling skills and identify the activities needed to transition to new ways of working.
These roles are critical to our success; working to form a consensus opinion across diverse stakeholder groups, you will be able to help shape the requirements and strategic direction of project delivery.
Influencing is key, as you challenge assumptions to ensure that the solution meets the needs, and business changes are adopted and embed within departments.
Those who are able to multitask between reconciling conflicts, translating high-level requirements, and distinguishing underlying true needs, will thrive in this exciting role, where no one day is the same.

What we're looking for
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent
• A business analysis qualification would be great, but not essential.
• Confident in process modelling and all the tools and their applications
• Not afraid to change the status quo - constructively and appropriately challenge what, why and how things are!
• Able to operate rationally - within a highly pressurised environment.
• Excellent communicator with analytical and consultative skills
• Able to carry out critical evaluation and constructively feedback on project deliverables.
• Substantial participation in IT and change projects in lead and influential roles.
• Experience in integrated people, process and technology change.
• Able to think outside the box and suggest creative solutions to problems.
• Able to quickly develop business knowledge at a strategic and process level.
• Experience of integration work and liaising with external technology providers.
