Do you have 1 years admin experience? Or are you a computer literate school leaver looking to start your career?

Our client deal with overseas recruitment and are looking for a new administrator to join their friendly team.

You must be very organised, have a strong attention to detail and be confident liasing on the phone.

Your main duties will include:

-Answering the phone and door
-Dealing with queries where possible and referring to other departments/staff where required
- Complete weekly courtesy calls to all on site staff
-Sending summary emails and completing weekly reports outlining issues that have come up in the week.
- Get up to date information on a weekly basis on applicants waiting to have a visa approved.
- Obtain copies of visa's and approval letters once visas have been approved.
- Daily distribution of post.
- Scanning documents to relevant department (Invoices to accounts etc.).
- Online database Teamsite maintenance (personal information).
- Help to manage our online timesheet portal.
- Paper files maintenance - To include personnel files and filing of contracts.
- Letter writing from templates.
- Update In country visa processing updates on database.
- Update Out of country visa processing on database.
- Once a new applicant has had their visa application submitted or starts work, you will be required to make an employee personnel file for that employee.
- Filling in post manifest/recording posted items and taking to the post office.
- Chasing information (bank details, HMRC checklist etc.).
- Ordering stationary and making sure we always have what we need in the office.
- To process curtailed worker in paper filing system.
- Tea & Coffee for visitors.
- Greet Candidates visiting office to submit Application, introduce to the team and complete first section of the new starter journey.
- Monitor and respond to staff support tickets.
- Monitor all leave requests and update holiday record in paper file and write the relevant travel letter.
- Take meter readings and update reading sheet.
- Re-format new starter and existing out of work staff's CV's and notify staff when completed so he can upload to the portal.
- Spending one hour per day resourcing new candidates to sign up. You will be calling through potential candidates from an online database, providing them information about them from a script and signing them up to use their services - commission paid.
