Insurance Claims Advisor

We have an amazing opportunity to join a global independent claims management company and help people in crisis. As an Insurance Claims Advisor in the subsidence team, you will pro-actively handle subsidence claims in a manner that is highly supportive and one that efficiently and effectively gains settlement for the policy holder. You will regularly update and provide sound technical advice to each policy holder in your case files as well as keeping insurance partners up to date with the progress of the claim.

You will need to be
Organised, adaptable, an excellent problem solver and take control of any problems in order to resolve them.
Able to build quick rapport with clients to quick understand the nature of the claim and with colleagues and suppliers to enable you to process the claim to completion
Driven to always offer a first class customer service and uphold the vision and values of the company. Ultimately get it right first time!
Excellent verbal and written skills so you are able to convey your information so it is understood. You will need to be patient, show empathy and ensure at all stages that the customer is happy.
Willing to study insurance qualification to levels CII / CILA - This is fully funded by the company!
Ideally you would also have knowledge of insurance claims management, general knowledge of building construction but full training will be given.
