We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based in our Bangor, Newry and Enniskillen offices. We need great people with customer service experience and good computer skills to fill them. Bring your experience and enthusiasm and you’ll have the chance to support some of the world’s leading brands such as Sainsburys, Eon, Student Loans Company, NHS Blood and Transplant and many more.

As a Customer Service Advisor could you……

  • Enthusiastically work as part of a high performing contact centre team on behalf of our leading clients
  • Consistently put our customers first by actively listening to them, building their trust while understanding their needs
  • Deliver a service where empathy and building rapport are central
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

  • Competitive Salary Up to £16,744 per annum (up to £8.05 per hour) (dependant on the campaign you work on, part time pro rata)
