At our Plant in Amlwch we are looking to recruit:
Responsible for the operational process of Supply Chain from material receipt to despatch as well as production planning, raw material scheduling, the production order system and plant IT/IS support. Optimisation of material flows in conjunction with Plant Management to achieve shorter throughput times, minimised stock levels and reduced transport processes. Reviewing the logistics processes, as well as the efficiency of the entire Supply Chain to identify efficiency & profitability improvements.
Line management responsibility for areas planning, goods in, internal transport & despatch. Key performance indicators for the role will be achievement of lead time s & On Time In Full ( OTIF), as well as the optimisation of stock levels and warehousing capacities.
Applicants will have a strong technical background, excellent IT/IS skills and the ability to manage a small team of professionals. Experience or knowledge of lean methods, material handling & single piece flow principles. Educated to degree level or equivalent in Production Engineering or similar discipline.
