We are currently seeking a Production Night Shift Manager to fulfil a full-time role on a permanent basis at a busy food production company, based in Milton Keynes.
The purpose of the Production Shift Manager role is to continually challenge and strive for improvements in targets, standards and other agreed key performance indicators, using an innovative and proactive approach.
The ideal candidate will have previous production management experience and a proven knowledge of leading a production team to achieve targets and key objectives. In your previous role you will have been responsible for recruiting, coaching and development of team members of varying levels. You will have good knowledge and understanding of food and safety hygiene and be able to drive quality standards in all aspects of the operation. Candidates from the food manufacturing sector are preferred.
Hours: 4 on - 4 off, 6pm - 6am
Salary: GBP30 - GBP36.5k (including night shift allowance) + Bonus and benefits
