Food and Beverage Manager

A Food & Beverage Manager is required for this 125 bedroom busy Devon hotel.

The successful applicant should have a vast experience in all aspects of Food & Beverage. Additional requirements are.

- Must not only be self-motivated but have the ability of working alongside a very established successful team.
- Must have a personable personality, and able to converse professionally with customers, building relationships with longstanding group and event organisers.
- Must have the ability to assist their wedding/function co-ordinator in making sure all functions fully meet customer expectations.
- Must have full knowledge of running bars and stock levels accordingly
- Take full responsibility for the food and beverage department ensuring that all information is effectively communicated across the department to provide a seamless service to their guests.
- Ensure new staff are competently trained.
- Must be able to control wage costs
- Have an 'everything is possible' attitude.
- Ensure that hotel procedures are followed.
- Make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and not based on ease.
- Duty Management input and contribution to the overall smooth running of the hotel.
- We are looking for a 'can do' positive attitude.
