Our client is looking for an experienced Resource Unit Team Leader - The core purpose of this role is the day to day management of a team to ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective and
high quality service to its clients.
Knowledge and experience of working within a Customer focused office environment and delivering high quality, customer focused services.
Experience of individual performance management - able to set clear goals for others and motivate them to achieve those goals, developing remedial action plans where necessary.
Strong communication and influencing skills with evidence of a strong commitment to effective communication, training and coaching of teams.
The ability to apply analytical skills, to develop service improvements and implement cross-cutting efficiencies.
Good time management skills to enable completion of tasks within tight timescales.
