A global Real Estate and Property Services company are looking for a talented Facilities Manager to manage the delivery of all facilities management services to a flagship building in Manchester. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and a chance to work for one of the key players in this industry.

Your Package

* GBP35,000 - GBP37,000

Your Responsibilities

A full job description is available to successful applicants, but you'll manage all FM delivery to a 8 storey commercial office building.

You'll be responsible for:

* Controlling expenditure
* hard and soft FM contract or management
* coordination of contractors for maintenance and fit out works
* management of reception and security staff
* Regular engagement with the commercial tenants (from sectors including Law, Finance and Insurance) within this iconic building
* Managing the building's budget and commercial success
* Reporting into the Associate Director

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Familiarity with hard and soft FM delivery
* Must have a strong building management / FM background
* Evidence of managing commercial tenants from white collar industries such as law, banking and insurance sectors.
* Budget control skills
* Excellent interpersonal management.
* You do not need to have a technical background, but an understanding of hard services delivery is important.
