Field Sales Executive- HU8- GBP22k-30k DOE + Company Car + Bonus Scheme
My client is well known and reputable in its field and operates nationwide. Are you sales hungry and money motivated? If so this could be the perfect opportunity to work for a leading and ever progressing company. The client is looking for someone who has great rapport building skills as you will be seeking new business and also responsible for looking after the current client base and maintaining relationship. The ideal candidate will be driven and also have a proven track record of sales results and hitting targets.
Duties Include-
* Identify and develop new commercial relationships
* Manage and develop an existing account base, finding ways of cross selling to increase branch profit.
* Working with other branches to ensure the company is achieving maximum potential.
* Build relationships both internally and externally.
* Monitor and review personal performance against agreed sales plans and KPIs.
* Generating their own leads and capitalise on warm leads.
* Use database to book meetings and attend those meetings
* Help maximise existing client base.
* Provide account management for new and existing customers.
* Organise, manage and run marketing campaigns
You will have-
* Tenacious and hardworking attitude.
* Must have full driving licence due to the this been a field sales position.
* As you will be on the road most of the time, you must be a self-starter and able to work using own initiative.
* Proven sales track record.
* Confident communicator with strong inter-personal skills.
* A strong field sales background.
