Job Description

Experienced wedding and events co-ordinator based in Hertfordshire with a competitive salary on offer.

Duties to include but not be limited to:

Converting sales enquiries

Show venue to prospective clients

Maximise revenue inline with company sales plan

Completing clients contracts assuring client satisfaction

Compiling function sheets for the operations team

Attending weekly meetings

Follow up calls with previous clients

Proactive focus on generating new client leads

Building and maintaining relations with agents clients and preferred suppliers

The ideal candidate will:

Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer service experience

Although the role is predominately office hours it will include some Saturdays on a rota basis and participation is events such as wedding fayres.
