Mechanical Maintenance Craftsperson
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd, in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Craftsperson. The suitably experienced professional will be a mechanically bias maintenance craftsperson working as part of a multi-disciplinary site based Estates Department.
The Post Holder will be undertaking planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and new installation work within healthcare premises on a variety of building services related systems, including:
- Energy generating plant including boiler plant (steam & LPHW)
- DHWS & CWS systems
- Air compressors
- Laundry and catering equipment
- Drainage/sewerage
- Ventilation plant
- Air conditioning and refrigeration
- BMS control systems
- Electrical building services
- Fault finding and repair of plant and equipment
