The Scarlet Host & Housekeeping Team are an inspired group who feel the world of hospitality is an amazingly varied and exciting place.

The role of Turndown Host is to provide a turndown service for our guests between 6.30-9.30pm daily.  This vacancy is for 5 shifts per week.
 

You will need to be capable of physical tasks, have a fantastic eye for detail, speak and write excellent English.  As this role requires you to work unsupervised, previous similar experience is essential.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• turndown service
• linen stocktake
• understanding that every guest is different and to ensure that each one feels completely at home and has a fantastic Scarlet experience
 

Initial training would be 5 shifts over 1-2 weeks during the day to help you settle in to the evening role.

We offer:
£8.10 per hour
Permanent contract for 15 hours per week
Working shift is 6.30-9.30pm
28 days holiday per year (pro rata)
