The Job:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a flexible part time Lifeline Adviser to join their Lifeline Contact Centre team. The role will involve working within a call centre environment responding to a wide variety of incoming alarm calls, ranging from individuals who have fallen due to mobility problems to victims of domestic abuse. Appropriate actions according to the nature of the call must be taken by the Adviser, whilst ensuring the welfare of the vulnerable customers is maintained. You will also be required to make outbound calls and to maintain accurate client records.

Working Pattern:
Please be aware that it is a flexible part time position which means hours will be agreed in advance on an 'as and when' basis. It is the perfect opportunity to work around your family life or other commitments.

The Candidate:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience of working directly with customers and who has proficient administrative skills whilst competent with Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be an effective team player with a can do attitude.

Additional Information
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate. You will require a manual driving licence for this role.
