First Response Advisor

Your main purpose in this role will be to be the first point of contact for potential clients who wish to report an accident.

In this position, you will be:

- explaining the legal process whilst maintaining professionalism
- accurately recording information necessary to the claim
- following in-house vetting procedures
- identifying and recording funding requirements
- to make and receive calls
- identify issues that may cause problems further down the claim, i non-package holidays, insufficient evidence
- taking witness details
- advise clients on each stage of the process
- developing a good rapport with the clients
- maintain company reputation and image
- any other roles that are in line with this position

In return for your skills, you will receive a fabulous bonus package that consists of BUPA, staff parking, staff discount cards, optional pension scheme, eyecare vouchers, childcare vouchers, Christmas parties and the employee of the month wins £100 vouchers. You will also receive an annual salary of £14,000 - £16,000 and will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 and half 5, with an hours lunch.
