Your new company

You will be working in an amazing team of talented developers, product managers, designers, marketing professionals, software architects and dev ops. They are a close-knit team with a great atmosphere that has elements of both a family firm and a modern startup. In recent months they have expanded their operations by opening a US office in Boston and taking on new staff both there, and in their new, bigger Oxfordshire HQ.

Their award-winning software suite is used a diverse range of global clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Together, they are proud to work with some of the world's leading organizations and research bodies to create next-generation learning ecosystems, engaging learning platforms, and easy-to-understand data management systems.

Your new role

You'll be part of a small and busy marketing and community team who work closely together to provide a range of creative content-based campaigns to promote our innovative learning solutions . Your primary responsibility is to write, source, produce and design content to increase brand awareness and support the marketing and communications team in their campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to be creative and collaborative, a fast worker, and able to deliver good quality at speed. You will need to be adaptable and multi-skilled, writing and producing content in different media, for different audiences.

You'll be able to plan for re-usability and diversity, producing compelling content that can serve multiple purposes across different media and channels.

You will need to be able to make technical and academic descriptions and arguments into engaging content - accessible and engaging to a wide range of audiences.

Skills and background:

- A marketing, communications or related background/qualification
- Proven copywriting skills in a range of contexts
- Video editing/scripting/storyboarding experience
- Confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite

What you'll get in return:

You will be supported by colleagues and managers, encouraged to be creative and part of a dedicated, ambitious and committed team.

They offer flexible working options plus pension contributions and 25 days paid holiday per year, from day one. They are committed and passionate about giving people better opportunities in life through learning. They take their mission seriously, but they are small enough to remain flexible and enjoyable as a work environment - office dogs, standing desks and unlimited supplies of cake - they have nailed the whole 'startup' thing.

Send your current CV. Interviews will take place virtually in the first instance with face-to-face second round interviews for successful candidates.
