Headteacher

A committed and creative leader is required for this strong, small and caring school. High quality teaching and learning which embodies their Christian Ethos is at the centre of their activities. They are looking for a Head Teacher who will lead them on the next stage of their journey from a 'Good' to an 'Outstanding' Academy, while enabling their pupils to experience wonder, belief and joy..

As Headteacher, you will:
- Enjoy working with children and be committed to their growth and wellbeing.
- Be an inspirational leader, team manager and team player.
- Be able to build on existing strengths and lead the school in further developing and enhancing the quality of our provision.
- Be fully committed to encouraging the Christian ethos of the school, and embody values which are in sympathy with it.
- Be Dynamic, determined, approachable and visionary.
- Be able to develop strong relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and others within the community.
- Be able to motivate and inspire both adults and children to have a continued focus on learning, and high expectations for achievement, curiosity and behaviour.
- Be and excellent classroom practitioner, leading by example (though with no fixed teaching commitments currently).
- Be able to show strong interpersonal skills.
