ICT (Information & Communication Technology) is at the forefront of leading a transformation change agenda for the Council and its residents in providing new and innovative ways of providing services through the use of technology.

Working alongside the ICT senior management team, the Graduate Officer will help research, implement and deliver Council wide transformation services that form part of the Council's emerging Digital Strategy.

This will include providing technical solutions for more agile and smarter ways of working, improving business process through the use of technology, technical 'trouble shooting' and providing advice on innovative ways of working, whilst supporting the Council's key ICT infrastructure to enable change.
