M&E AutoCad Technician - Building Services
Our Client is an independently owned Building Services Consultancy based in Leicestershire, with an enviable track record of delivering complex schemes and a strong order book. As part of their constant striving to deliver outstanding customer service to their Clients, they are seeking to recruit an M&E CAD Technician.
Joining the Design Team you will be responsible for the creation and alteration of Mechanical and Electrical drawings on AutoCAD. Working closely with the Electrical and HVAC Design Engineers you will be expected to work to tight deadlines on an interesting portfolio of work which include residential, commercial, public sector and logistics related projects. Much of the current workload remains 2D, however the business is looking to invest in BIM and Revit, therefore applicants should be prepared to move with the business and undertake any training required to operate all software packages.
Applications are invited from professionally qualified CAD Technicians with extensive experience of delivering high quality Building Services drawings. It is essential that interested parties can work unsupervised, to tight deadlines and ensuring a high quality accurate product.
Candidates with little to no direct Building Services AutoCAD experience will not be considered for this position
