New Business Development Executive

Role: New Business Development Executive (field and office based)

Location: Kidlington

Salary: GBP28,000pa OTE - (GBP22,000 to GBP26,000 pa basic DOE)

My client is a creative advertising agency, partnering with major theatre/production companies all over the UK. They have helped ensure the success of major visitor attractions, theatres and festivals, plus museums, galleries, concerts, cinemas and grass roots cultural events. For the right candidate, they offer a generous basic salary with uncapped bonus and holiday entitlement.

Main duties:

• Business development, wining new clients via various channels; phone, email, and face to face.
• Distributing print stands in public areas and ensuring they are visibly appealing (museums, theatres, hotels, leisure centers etc.)
• Follow up existing leads, quotes and enquiries.
• Provide a consultative approach to prospective clients to ensure that the correct business solution is provided in relevant areas.
• General administration duties.
• Renewing contracts for existing clients and up-selling to ensure maximum sales.
• To attend meetings when required.
• Keeping the CRM up to date at all times.

Key skills required:

• Proven track record of delivering sales KPI's.
• Experience in winning new business.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Charismatic, outgoing and infectious personality.
• Strong relationship building and management skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
